Gift Card Terms & Conditions:
Chirp Workshop gift cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by Chirp Workshop and are redeemable only for eligible products and services offered by Chirp Workshop. Gift Cards may be applied toward birthday parties, workshops, camps, and classes. Gift Cards must be redeemed at checkout online or presented in person for in-studio purchases. Chirp Workshop Gift Cards must be used within one calendar year of purchase date, and have no maintenance or inactivity fees. Gift Cards may not be resold or used for promotional purposes without written permission. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, except where legally required. Discounts, coupons, or promotional codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards. Using a gift card for event or party booking does not exempt the buyer from existing Chirp Workshop policies (minimum headcount, rescheduling rules, cancellation deadlines, etc.). All bookings are subject to availability. Chirp Workshop reserves the right to refuse, deactivate, or cancel a Gift Card that is suspected to have been obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Chirp Workshop may update or modify these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted online and apply to all Gift Cards not yet redeemed. Any purchase of a Chirp Workshop gift card confirms acceptance of these terms.
